Seriously. This is a cross-breed between a poodle & a Maltese. The owner dyed him to look like a panda. Not on purpose, he just wanted to cover up some spots apparently. And this is the end result.

His name’s Columbo, and props to the owner-dude for rescuing him (he was an abandoned dog). But, really? I don’t think you should dye your pets. I hope Paris doesn’t here about this.
